Who his own self bore our sins in his body on the tree, that
we, being dead to sin, should live unto righteousness, by

synagogues, and preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing

And the whole multitude sought to touch him for there went
virtue out of him, and healed them all.  Luke 6:19

Jesus Christ the same yesterday and today and for ever.  Hebrews 13:8 


Is any sick among you? let him call for the elders of the church;

and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord.
And the prayer of faith shall save the sick and the Lord shall raise him up;

and if he have committed sins, they shall be forgiven him.  Confess

your faults one to another pray one for another that ye may be healed.

The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much. James 5:14-16 


This day I call heaven and earth as witnesses against you that I have

set before you life and death, blessings and curses. Now choose life,

so that you and your children may live and that you may love the LORD

your God, listen to his voice, and hold fast to him. For the LORD is your life,

and he will give you many years in the land he swore to give to your fathers,

Abraham, Isaac and Jacob.  Deuteronomy 30:19-20 

Praise be to the LORD, who has given rest to his people Israel just

as he promised. Not one word has failed of all the good promises he

gave through his servant Moses. I Kings 8:56  
 
Praise the LORD, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits--who forgives

all your sins and heals all your diseases.  Psalm 103:3 


He sent forth his word and healed them; he rescued them from the grave.
Psalm 107:20 


I will not die but live, and will proclaim what the LORD has done.  Psalm 118:17 

My son, pay attention to what I say; listen closely to my words.

Do not let them out of your sight, keep them within your heart; for they are

life to those who find them and health to a man's whole body. Proverbs 4:20-23   

So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God.

I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand. 

Isaiah 41:10 

 

Surely he took up our infirmities and carried our sorrows, yet we considered

him stricken by God, smitten by him, and afflicted. But he was pierced for

our transgressions, he was crushed for our iniquities; the

punishment that brought us peace was upon him, and by his wounds

we are healed.  Isaiah 53:4-5 
 
But I will restore you to health and heal your wounds, declares the LORD,

because you are called an outcast, Zion for whom no one cares.' Jeremiah 30:17 
 
Whatever they plot against the LORD he will bring to an end; trouble will not

come a second time. Nahum 1:9   

 This was to fulfill what was spoken through the prophet Isaiah: "He took up

our infirmities and carried our diseases."  Matthew 8:17 

"I tell you the truth, whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven,

and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven. "Again, I tell you

that if two of you on earth agree about anything you ask for, it will be done for

you by my Father in heaven.  Matthew 18:18-19 
 
 And these signs will accompany those who believe: In my name they will drive

out demons; they will speak in new tongues; they will pick up snakes with

their hands; and when they drink deadly poison, it will not hurt them at all;

they will place their hands on sick people, and they will get well." Mark 16:17-18 

The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they

may have life, and have it to the full. John 10:10 

Against all hope, Abraham in hope believed and so became the father of many

nations, just as it had been said to him, "So shall your offspring be." Without

weakening in his faith, he faced the fact that his body was as good as dead--

since he was about a hundred years old--and that Sarah's womb was also dead.

Yet he did not waver through unbelief regarding the promise of God, but was

strengthened in his faith and gave glory to God, being fully persuaded that God

had power to do what he had promised.  Romans 4:17-21 

And if the Spirit of him who raised Jesus from the dead is living in you, he who

raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through his Spirit,

who lives in you.  Romans 8:11 

 

The weapons we fight with are not the weapons of the world. On the contrary,

they have divine power to demolish strongholds. We demolish arguments and every

pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God, and we take captive

every thought to make it obedient to Christ.  II Corinthians 10:4-5 

 

Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law by becoming a curse for us,

for it is written: "Cursed is everyone who is hung on a tree." He redeemed us in

order that the blessing given to Abraham might come to the Gentiles through

Christ Jesus, so that by faith we might receive the promise of the Spirit.  Galatians 3:13-14 
 
...for it is God who works in you to will and to act according to his good purpose. 

Philippians 2:13  

Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition,

with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which

transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. 

Philippians 4:6-7 

For God did not give us a spirit of timidity, but a spirit of power, of love and

of self-discipline.  II Timothy 1:7 

Let us hold unswervingly to the hope we profess, for he who promised is faithful. 

Hebrews 10:23   

By faith Abraham, even though he was past age--and Sarah herself was barren--

was enabled to become a father because he considered him faithful who had

made the promise.  Hebrews 11:11 

Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever.  Heb.13:8
