Introduction: Welcome alumni and friends!
Purpose The IWS Alumni Association exists to celebrate the unique community established among the students and faculty while on campus in Orange Park. Our aim is to encourage, edify and inspire through the alumni newsletter, Web site and special events. Greeting I'm privileged to serve the alumni and greater community of the Robert E. Webber Institute for Worship Studies. The Lord used Bob Webber and the IWS faculty and students to make a significant and lasting impact on my life and ministry. Worship renewal in my personal life and the church in which I serve are evidences of this. It is a joy for me to give back by serving the IWS community in this way. Our Web site We are a part of the faith community that is unique to IWS. Since we value the friendship and the personal and professional growth we experienced in our relationships with one another we want to maintain this vital communication of giving and receiving. Our alumni Web site is a means to facilitate interaction and maintain this unique community. Please share your feedback and ideas with me regarding our Web site. Let's continue to serve one another in the name of Jesus. Grace and peace, Kent Kent Walters, D.W.S. (Alpha 2002) Director of Alumni Activities |
